Dodgers open 10-game homestand Monday

The Los Angeles Dodgers, who enter play today with the National League's best record this month, return home Monday for a 10-game homestand against the Chicago Cubs (June 25-28), Colorado Rockies (June 29-July 1) and Pittsburgh Pirates (July 2-4). 
The homestand kicks off with a rematch of the last two National League Championship Series, as the Cubs make their only regular season visit to Los Angeles for a four-game series Monday-Thursday. Kiké Hernández's record-setting and National League-pennant clinching three-home run game is depicted on his bobblehead, which is presented by San Manuel Casino and will be given to the first 40,000 ticketed fans in attendance on Tuesday. The series concludes Thursday with a special mid-week day game and a 12:10 p.m. start, which will be attended by thousands of summer campers. 
The Rockies series will open with the first of three fireworks shows during the homestand and Friday Night Fireworks presented by Denny's, themed to music of the Grateful Dead. Saturday's nationally-televised game will feature a "Puigy Bank" giveaway presented by Bank of America, depicting Yasiel Puig's tongue-waging slide into third base during the 2017 NLDS, and also the Dodgers' annual Christian Faith Day postgame program, complete with testimonials from Clayton Kershaw, Kenley Jansen and Josh Fields and a musical performance (more information: Dodgers.com/Faith). The club's kid-friendly series finale on Sunday will feature a Jr. Dodgers Justin Turner t-shirt giveaway presented by 99 Cents Only Stores and the opportunity for young fans to run the bases following the game.
The Dodgers will close out the homestand with three games against the Pirates (July 2-4), which includes post-game Holiday Fireworks presented by Budweiser on both July 3 and 4. Fans can upgrade their experience on July 3 by purchasing the Patriots Night ticket pack at Dodgers.com/Patriots, which includes a ticket to the game and an American flag themed Dodgers three-quarter sleeved shirt. The 4th of July series finale will feature Independence Day themed pregame ceremonies, with a big flag, color guard and flyover.
