Dodgers recall RHP JT Chargois

LOS ANGELES -- The Los Angeles Dodgers today recalled right-handed pitcher JT Chargois from Triple-A Oklahoma City and placed left-handed pitcher Julio Urías on administrative leave.

Chargois, 28, pitched in two games during his first stint with the Dodgers from April 9-11, tossing 1.2 innings, allowing two runs and striking out one. The former Rice Owl has pitched in 11 games for Oklahoma City, going 1-0 with a 1.76 ERA (3 ER/15.1 IP) with 19 strikeouts against five walks. In three Major League seasons, he has posted a 3-5 mark with a 4.11 ERA (26 ER/57.0 IP) with 58 strikeouts and 28 walks.

Urías, 22, has appeared in nine games (four starts) this season. He is 2-2 with a 3.18 ERA (10 ER/28.1 IP) with 32 strikeouts. He recorded his first career save on May 6 against the Braves and is 2-for-2 in save chances. In his four-year MLB career, he is a combined 7-6 with a 3.60 ERA (53 ER/132.2 IP) in 35 games (24 starts).
