The Phillies Charities, Inc. Phantastic Auction Starts Wednesday

Starting Wednesday, May 3, fans are invited to take part in the exclusive 5^th Annual Phillies Charities, Inc. Phantastic Auction on phillies.com. This online, 10-day event gives fans nation-wide the chance to bid on once-in-a-lifetime experiences with Phillies players and alumni, trips, memorabilia and many other unique opportunities. This is no ordinary online auction and the best part: it's all to benefit charity. The net proceeds from The Phantastic Auction will benefit Phillies Charities, Inc., and a portion of those proceeds will be contributed to the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the ALS Association as part of the Phillies Phestival on May 11, 2017. Last year's Phantastic Auction raised more than $130,000 for Phillies Charities, Inc., which was awarded to charitable organizations across the region.

The Phillies family - from the players, coaches, and their wives, to the alumni, ballgirls and front office staff - takes great pride in giving back to the community. Phillies Charities, Inc., the charitable arm of the Phillies organization, makes gifts to charitable organizations that serve a wide variety of needs, primarily in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, and particularly those serving the Greater Philadelphia area and the communities of its minor league affiliates.
