Mets-Marlins postponed, rescheduled as part of doubleheader Sept. 12

Given the rain accumulation at Citi Field the past 24 hours and the extended rain forecast for the rest of today, the New York Mets have announced that tonight's game against the Miami Marlins has been postponed and rescheduled as part of a single-admission doubleheader on Wednesday, September 12 at 4:10 p.m. The second game of the double-header will start approximately 20 minutes after the conclusion of the first game.

FLUSHING, N.Y. -- Given the rain accumulation at Citi Field the past 24 hours and the extended rain forecast for the rest of today, the New York Mets have announced that tonight's game against the Miami Marlins has been postponed and rescheduled as part of a single-admission doubleheader on Wednesday, September 12 at 4:10 p.m. The second game of the double-header will start approximately 20 minutes after the conclusion of the first game.
Only tickets marked "Wednesday, September 12, 2018 - Game 74" will be valid for admission to the September 12 single-admission doubleheader beginning at 4:10 p.m.
Fans holding a paid ticket for tonight's game marked "Monday, September 10, 2018 - Game 72" may NOT use that ticket for the Wednesday, September 12 single-admission doubleheader, but can exchange it for a ticket comparable in price and location to another Mets 2018 regular season home game at Citi Field, subject to availability.
Fans holding a paid ticket for tonight's game marked "Monday, September 10, 2018 - Game 72" may also exchange that ticket for a ticket of a different price or location to another Mets 2018 regular season home game at Citi Field, including the September 12 doubleheader, subject to availability. If such an exchange is made for a higher priced ticket, the face value of the paid ticket for tonight's game will be applied as a credit toward the price of the higher priced ticket.
Unused paid tickets marked "Monday, September 10, 2018 - Game 72" can be submitted for exchange by mail or in person at the Citi Field Box Office.
Complimentary tickets to tonight's game and those marked "NO RAINCHECK" have no value and do not constitute a rain check.
