April 10, 2024MLB Tonight: Clubhouse Edition – MLB Network’s non-traditional game telecast series – will return for its fourth season – on Jackie Robinson Day, April 15 featuring the Atlanta Braves at Houston Astros at 8 p.m. ET. Cy Young Award winner and six-time All-Star CC Sabathia will return to lead the series alongside a stable of MLB Network personalities, beginning with the April 15 telecast featuring Chris Young, Siera Santos and guest analyst Adam Jones. Now in its fourth season, a Clubhouse Edition telecast features pointed analysis, entertaining interviews, and personal stories as the group watches the game unfold in a relaxed environment inside Studio 21. 2023 highlights from the third season of Clubhouse Edition can be viewed here.

“The Clubhouse games have been a great way for me to stay involved in baseball, especially since I don't have to wear a suit," said Sabathia. "Giving the fans and players a different experience to watch a game is another important way to grow our sport. The conversation can go any direction, which makes it fun. And for the first one of 2024 to be on Jackie Robinson Day is perfect."

As part of the April 15 MLB Network telecast, the program will exclusively reveal the rosters for the upcoming National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum’s Hall of Fame East-West Classic: A Tribute to the Negro Leagues All-Star Game. The game, which will be played on Saturday, May 25, at 1 p.m. ET at Cooperstown’s Doubleday Field, will pay tribute to the greatest legends of Black baseball. The rosters will be revealed via a draft format with CC Sabathia and Chris Young serving as the team captains. Analysis of the rosters will be featured, plus drafted players will join the Clubhouse telecast. Among the coaches scheduled to be in uniform on May 25 are Hall of Famers Ken Griffey Jr., Ozzie Smith, Fred McGriff and Eddie Murray. MLB Network’s cameras will be on-hand to cover the entire Memorial Day weekend in Cooperstown celebrating Black baseball, with a 30-minute special to air across MLB Network, MLB.tv and the Hall of Fame’s platforms.

In addition to the upcoming Clubhouse Edition telecast, the next MLB Network Showcase telecast presented by Casamigos will be tomorrow, April 11, featuring the Baltimore Orioles at Boston Red Sox at 7 p.m. ET from Fenway Park. Matt Vasgersian will make his season debut as the play-by-play voice, with Tom Verducci (analyst) and Jon Morosi (reporter) alongside him. MLB Tonight: On-Deck Circle presented by Extreme Networks with Adnan Virk, Sean Casey and Ryan Dempster will lead into the game at 5:30 p.m. ET, with Greg Amsinger, Yonder Alonso and Harold Reynolds standing by for its conclusion on MLB Tonight.

Off Base, MLB Network’s show exploring the latest buzz across social media, from baseball culture to player fashion, will make its season debut this Friday, April 12 at 4 p.m. ET. Hosted by Lauren Gardner alongside panelists Yonder Alonso, Ariel Epstein and Xavier Scruggs, the program will lead into Intentional Talk presented by Sport Clips at 5 p.m. ET, followed by MLB Tonight at 6 p.m. ET and the Texas Rangers at Houston Astros at 8 p.m. ET.
