The film adaptation of the Michael Crichton novel stars Sam Neill, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, Richard Attenborough, Ariana Richards, Joseph Mazello, and Samuel L. Jackson. The film has spurred four sequels, including Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, which was released just last month.
