OAKLAND, Calif. - The Oakland A's today announced the addition of new premium seating options and hospitality areas at the Oakland Coliseum that are set to debut for the 2019 season. The Terrace, Lounge Seats, and Coppola Theater Boxes will offer fans a high-end game day experience with luxury amenities.
The Terrace will include a series of terraced half-moon tables at Section 121, offering fans the opportunity to enjoy dinner, drinks, and the A's game in a social atmosphere behind the home dugout. The area will feature 18 four-person tables.
The Lounge Seats in Section 113 will include 32 pairs of living room-style seats, offering a plush, modern experience on the first base line.
The Coppola Theater Boxes will bring the wine wonderland experience of Francis Ford Coppola Winery, anchored in Sonoma County, to the Coliseum. The four four-person boxes and four six-person boxes will be located in Sections 116-118.
The A's are also renovating two hospitality areas at the Coliseum. The right field terrace, which will be redesigned into the "Hero Deck," will feature two-, three-, and four-person terrace tables at Sections 101-102. The left field terrace will become "Oak Landing," featuring drink rails at Sections 131-133.
"These new premium spaces will provide our fans with the luxury and comfort that they crave while enjoying A's baseball," said A's COO Chris Giles. "We are committed to enhancing the fan experience at the Coliseum, as we have done in past years with the addition of The Treehouse, Shibe Park Tavern, and Championship Plaza."
Renderings of the premium spaces can be found on the A's virtual press box, pressbox.athletics.com, under "A's Premium Spaces." Construction at the Coliseum is set to begin following the Oakland Raiders season.
The premium spaces will go on sale to the public on Tuesday, Nov. 13. For more information, visit athletics.com/premium.
