This Wednesday, June 26, the Pirates are inviting all fans to a “Ring the Vote” Josh Bell All-Star Voting Party at PNC Park from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. to celebrate the 2019 All-Star Starters Election. The event is open FREE to the general public and will include many entertaining activities on the field and around the park.

The Pirates’ Josh Bell is one of three finalist at first base and the team is rallying with Pittsburgh to get him elected as a starter during the 28-hour election period that begins Wednesday at noon and ends on Thursday, June 27 at 4 p.m.

Starting at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, fans can access PNC Park via the Riverwalk gates at the Mazeroski Statue and the Roberto Clemente Statue and proceed to the right field stairs up to the Main Concourse.

Once inside PNC Park, the field will have many activities open to fans including a voting station near first base, so fans can actually vote for Josh Bell at the position he plays. Once they have voted, fans will have an opportunity to run the bases and take pictures on the field and in the dugout, and even try out the famous Super Bucco Run in-game promotion.

In addition, the Crow’s Nest Area will be active with live music and games throughout the patio as well as happy hour priced concessions. The Arnold Palmer Spiked Bar at the Crow’s Nest will have special Happy Hour pricing including discounted cans of Miller Lite, Leinenkugel’s Summer Shandy, Blue Moon and Arnold Palmer Spiked. Rivendale Farms will also be on hand to distribute free samples of their famous Pirates Treasure ice cream.

Pirates broadcast partner AT&T SportsNet will periodically cover the event during the game telecast, as the pregame and game will stream on the PNC Park scoreboard starting at 7:30 p.m.

For added convenience, the North Shore Lot 6 will be open for free parking to attending fans starting at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, courtesy of Alco Parking.

The 2019 All-Star Starters Election begins Wednesday at noon and ends on Thursday, June 27 at 4 p.m. During the election period, fans have the opportunity to vote for the top vote-getters at each position in each League based on vote totals from “The Primary,” which ran from May 28th through June 21.
