OAKLAND, Calif. — The A's will celebrate fans, employees, and players past and present throughout the 2024 season as the team bids farewell to the Oakland Coliseum. The Club will host alumni celebrations, events for fans, special tributes, and more during the final season at the Coliseum.

Double Play Wednesdays, the most popular promotion in A’s history, will return to the Coliseum this summer. For the A’s home games on June 5, July 24, and Aug. 21, fans can purchase $2 Plaza Level Outfield and View Level tickets and $1 hot dogs. Double Play Wednesday tickets will go on sale on Wednesday, April 10, at 9 a.m.

Beginning on Sunday, June 9, and continuing every Sunday for the remainder of the regular season, A’s alumni will return to the Coliseum for Alumni Sundays. Fans will have the opportunity to meet many of their favorite former A’s during pregame photo and autograph sessions.

Early arriving fans for the final home game of the regular season on Thursday, Sept. 26, will receive a one-of-a-kind replica Coliseum stadium giveaway.

On Saturday, Aug. 17, during the annual Bay Bridge Series versus the San Francisco Giants, the A’s will induct the Class of 2024 into the Athletics Hall of Fame. The newest class to be enshrined in franchise history features Jose Canseco, Terry Steinbach, Miguel Tejada, Dick Williams, Bill King, and Eddie Joost.

Kids Cheer Free Sundays returns every Sunday this summer. Beginning on Sunday, May 26, adults can add up to two free tickets for children ages 14 and younger for each regularly priced ticket purchased. Following each Kids Cheer Free game, fans are invited onto the field for Race Around the Bases.

The A’s 2024 promotional calendar also features four fireworks shows (June 7, July 3, Aug. 3, Sept. 21), two drone shows (July 19, Aug. 23), Satchel Paige bobblehead giveaway presented by Chevron (June 21), Rollie Fingers bobblehead giveaway (July 7), Jose Canseco bobblehead giveaway (July 20), Vida Blue bobblehead giveaway (Aug. 18), and Rickey Henderson retro bobblehead giveaway (Sept. 20).

The team plans to honor fans, employees, and players during games while also showcasing memorable A’s and Coliseum moments through in-game content and features. On April 4, 2024, the A’s announced they will play at Sutter Health Park in West Sacramento for the 2025 - 2027 seasons - ahead of the team’s permanent move to Las Vegas in 2028. The 2024 season will be the 57th and final season for the A’s at the Coliseum.
