American Family Field Homestand Highlights Sept. 17-26

Milwaukee Brewers Bid Adieu to All-Time Home Run Leader, Six-Time All Star and 2011 National League MVP, Ryan Braun; Celebrate Bob Uecker’s 50th Anniversary; Induct Three into Wall of Honor; and Celebrate Fan Appreciation Day, presented by Toyota

MILWAUKEE – The first-place Milwaukee Brewers are back at American Family Field for their longest, and last regular season homestand of the season; Sept. 17-19 against the Chicago Cubs, Sept. 20-23 against the St. Louis Cardinals and Sept. 24-26 against the New York Mets. Tickets are available for all games and fans are encouraged to cheer on the Crew as they charge toward a postseason berth, and potential clinch during the last homestand.

The last home series, Sept. 24-26, is filled with celebrations and fans have the opportunity to win special prizes all weekend long. Scratch-offs will be given to fans with chances to win tickets, a Brewers Suite for a game, seat upgrades, Bobbleheads, autographed items and memorabilia. Sunday, Sept. 26, is Fan Appreciation Day, presented by Toyota, where fans have the opportunity to win big and one lucky fan will go home with a brand new 2022 Toyota Corolla XSE, courtesy of Wisconsin Toyota Dealers. Further, the Club will recognize several prominent and beloved members of the franchise. Fans are encouraged to arrive early for each game to be in their seats for the festivities.

  • Friday, Sept. 24 – The Brewers will induct Carlos Gómez and pitchers Yovani Gallardo and Francisco Rodríguez into the Brewers Wall of Honor, a distinction awarded to players, coaches and executives who meet a set of criteria based on service to the organization and career accomplishments. Gomez will officially retire from his playing days as a member of the Brewers, and both he and Gallardo will be onsite to throw the ceremonial first pitch. NOTE: Rodriguez will not be in Milwaukee for the event.
  • Saturday, Sept. 25 – The Milwaukee Brewers will celebrate ‘Mr. Baseball’, Bob Uecker, in his 50**th** Anniversary as the voice of the Milwaukee Brewers, calling play-by-play action on WTMJ Radio for his hometown franchise. Uecker will be on hand to toss the ceremonial first pitch to Brewers Hall of Famer Robin Yount. The pregame ceremony will also include a career highlight video and much more.
  • Sunday, Sept. 26 – Ryan Braun makes his return to American Family Field. The Brewers all-time franchise home run leader, six-time All-Star and 2011 National League MVP has announced his retirement as an active player. Braun, 37, played his entire 14-year Major League career with the Milwaukee Brewers from 2007-20 and is among the franchise leaders in nearly every offensive category. The festivities include a pregame ceremony with Braun.

Single-game tickets for games during the last regular season homestand at American Family Field are available for purchase. Tickets can be purchased at brewers.com, 1-800-933-7890 or at the American Family Field Box Office. All online and phone purchases will be digitally delivered through the MLB Ballpark app.

Brewers Tap Takeover – Join Ed Sedar of the Milwaukee Brewers coaching staff as he steps behind the bar at Restaurant to be Named Later to serve drinks to fans from 5:40-6:10 p.m.

Student Nights – All college and high school students can purchase Terrace Reserved tickets for $9 or right field Loge Bleachers tickets for $15.

Miller Lite Beerpen – Fans 21-or-older in the Miller Lite Beerpen will receive a free Brewers hat, courtesy of Miller Lite.

Brewers Community Foundation Drive for Charity – The charitable arm of the Milwaukee Brewers will hold its final Drive for Charity event from Sept. 17-19, collecting new hats, mittens and scarves during the homestand to provide to Milwaukee area non-profits. Those donating or making a $10 contribution will receive a collective Corbin Burnes pin.

Roberto Clemente Day Celebration

  • Major League Baseball announced that Brent Suter was named the Brewers 2021 nominee for the Roberto Clemente Award, one of baseball’s most prestigious individual honors acknowledging community and philanthropic commitment. This is Suter’s second time receiving the honor.
  • As part of the league-wide celebration, the Roberto Clemente Day logo will appear on the bases and official dugout lineup cards and a special tribute video will be played in ballparks. Suter will wear #21 during the Brewers home game, Sept. 17 against the Chicago Cubs, and the rest of the Brewers team will wear a #21 patch.

Sunday, Sept. 19 vs. Chicago – 1:10 p.m.

Kids Run the Bases – Kids 14-and-under can experience the thrill of running the bases following the game, courtesy of Aurora Health Care®.

5-County Friday – Residents of Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Washington and Waukesha Counties save 50 percent on tickets. Excludes the Miller Lite Beerpen, All-Inclusive Areas, Platinum Seats and Uecker Seats.
