MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee Brewers and X-Golf America announced Friday, Sept. 16 as the grand opening of X-Golf at American Family Field, when the Brewers take on the New York Yankees at 7:10 p.m. Reservations open tomorrow, Aug. 11 at brewers.com/xgolf (link live tomorrow) where fans can reserve time slots at simulation bays on game days and non-game days.

“We are looking forward to opening X-Golf at American Family Field and offering fans a fun and engaging way to combine two great Wisconsin passions – Brewers baseball and golf,” said Brewers President Business Operations Rick Schlesinger. “The experience will be approachable, interactive and welcome fans of all skill levels to enjoy the facility year-round, as well as offering a truly special view of play on game days.”

The 11,000 square foot facility will be the first-of-its-kind entertainment venue in a Major League Baseball ballpark, and a first-ever X-Golf location in a sports stadium. Reservations can be made in advance for both game days and non-game days and are strongly encouraged. Note that on game days, there will always be at least one bay open for guests to walk-in and participate in “closest to the pin” or “longest drive” contests. The facility will also have a licensed PGA Professional on staff who will be integrally involved in golf lessons and club fittings.

Game Days

  • Reservations are made in 90-minute increments, with the first time slot available when gates open, 90-minutes before first pitch.
  • Reservations are $90 per time slot for up to six people per bay.
  • Guests will be provided rental clubs, free of charge.
  • Brewers game tickets are required for game-day reservations.

Non-Game Days

  • Reservations are 1-hour minimum with additional time booked in 30-minute increments.
  • Reservations are $40 per hour on weekdays and $60 per hour on weekends, for up to six people per bay.

  • On non-game days, X-Golf at American Family Field will be open Monday-Saturday from 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Located in what was previously the Stadium Club on the Club Level, the X-Golf facility features seven state-of-the-art, indoor golf simulator bays over two floors – with three bays that offer expansive views of the playing field. Featuring traditional country club and mid-century modern décor, the space also boasts two full bars and unique seating areas with great views of the game.

The facility also offers an impressive outdoor patio with the opportunity to catch the game and wait outside for “tee times.” This space is available for walk-ups, with reservations strongly recommended. Delaware North, the official concessionaire of American Family Field, will create a menu of specialty drinks and pub fare that will be available for fans year-round including all Brewers home games.

“We are incredibly excited for the grand opening of X-Golf American Family Field,” said X-Golf America CEO and President, Ryan D’Arcy. “This venue is going to be such an electrifying environment for everyone, from avid golfers and Brewers fans, to casual players and private party or corporate events.”
