HOUSTON, TX - The Astros Golf Foundation announced today that country music legends Clay Walker and Tracy Byrd are set to headline two Houston Open events during what will be an exciting tournament week for fans in attendance!

On Tuesday, October 8, the Astros Golf Foundation will host the Houston Open Pro-Am presented by PNC Bank Party at The Rustic, a kitchen, bar and live music venue in downtown Houston. Texas-native and legendary country music artist Tracy Byrd will headline the Pro-Am Party, taking the stage at 8:00 p.m., to kick off the tournament week with a bang. To keep the party going, the Houston Open Friday Night Concert, presented by Michelob Ultra, will take place Friday night after tournament play on October 11 and feature another Texas-native country music legend - Clay Walker! This concert will take place at the Golf Club of Houston in the Tailgate Zone, adjacent to the 19th Hole, at approximately 7:15 p.m. or when last putt drops on the course. Entry to the Houston Open Friday Night Concert will be available to anyone with a ticket for the Houston Open on Friday. 2019 HOUSTON OPEN TICKETS

Ticket options for this year’s event, held at the Golf Club of Houston on October 7th - 13th, include daily General Admission Tickets, Week-Long Tickets, and Premium Ticket Packages. Fans attending the tournament will have access to many interactive activations, the Tailgate Zone, great food and more! As a reminder, kids 15 years and younger will have free admission to the tournament and military members and first responders have the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets. ASTROS GOLF FOUNDATION

An annual donation of $500,000 will be made from the Astros Golf Foundation to the First Tee, a non-profit organization that helps shape the lives of young people from all walks of life by introducing them to character education and life skills through the game of golf. All other net proceeds will be distributed throughout the Houston community by the Astros Foundation. In addition, beginning in 2020, the Astros Golf Foundation will make an annual contribution of $1 million to the City for the benefit of the Houston Parks and Recreation Department and Memorial Park Conservancy.
