PHOENIX — The Arizona Diamondbacks recalled INF Domingo Leyba (@JuniorL07) from Triple-A Reno. The D-backs’ active roster is now at 33.

 Leyba, 23 (turns 24 on September 11), has played in 10 games for the D-backs and hit .333 (3-for-9)/.400 OBP/.444 SLG with 1 double, 1 RBI and 1 walk. He made his Major League debut on June 22 vs. Giants and singled in his first at-bat off Mark Melancon.

 In 112 games for Reno, he hit .300 (137-for-457) with 37 doubles, 3 triples, 19 home runs, 77 RBI and 32 walks. Among Pacific Coast League leaders, he ranked fourth in doubles (37), 12th in hits (137) and tied for 14th in extra-base hits (59).
