PHOENIX --The Arizona Diamondbacks reinstated UTL Blake Swihart from the 60-day injured list (strained right oblique) and designated RHP Greg Holland for assignment. The D-backs’ 40-man roster remains at 39.

Swihart, 27, who was placed on the injured list on June 1, has appeared in 30 games for the D-backs in 2019, hitting .141 (9-for-64) with 3 home runs and 9 RBI. In 17 rehab games, he batted .232 (16-for-69) with 4 doubles, 1 triple, 3 home runs, 13 RBI and 9 walks with Single-A Adv. Visalia and Triple-A Reno.

Holland, 33, has gone 1-2 with 17 saves, a 4.54 ERA (18 ER in 35.2 IP) and 41 strikeouts in 40 appearances with Arizona this season.
