Team announces makeup dates for Friday and Sunday’s postponed games

FLUSHING, N.Y., May 30, 2021 – The New York Mets have announced that tonight’s game against the Atlanta Braves has been postponed due to inclement weather. In addition, the team has announced makeup dates for Friday and Sunday’s postponed games.

SUNDAY, MAY 30, 2021 MAKEUP GAME
SINGLE ADMISSION DOUBLEHEADER, MONDAY, JULY 26 AT 5:10 P.M.

Tonight’s game will be rescheduled as part of a single admission doubleheader on Monday, July 26 at 5:10 p.m. The second game of the doubleheader will start approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first game. Both games will be seven-inning contests. Tickets for tonight’s game will NOT be valid for admission to the doubleheader on July 26.

Only tickets marked “Monday, July 26, 2021 – Game 48” will be valid for admission to the July 26 single-admission doubleheader beginning at 5:10 p.m.

Fans holding a paid ticket for tonight’s game marked “Sunday, May 30, 2021 – Game 24” may choose one of the following two options:

Exchange it for a ticket comparable in price and location to another Mets 2021 regular season home game at Citi Field (including the July 26 doubleheader, but excluding the September 10-12 Subway Series vs. Yankees) subject to availability; or

Exchange it for a ticket of a different price or location to another Mets 2021 regular season home game at Citi Field (including the July 26 doubleheader, but excluding September 10-12 Subway Series vs. Yankees), subject to availability. If such an exchange is made for a higher priced ticket, the face value of the paid ticket for tonight’s game will be applied as a credit toward the price of the higher priced ticket.

Fans holding digital tickets for tonight’s game can display those tickets in the MLB Ballpark app to facilitate an exchange at the Citi Field Box Office. Rain checks will be moved to the bottom of your Ticket Wallet in the MLB Ballpark app and be displayed as “Postponed Games 5/30 Braves @Mets” tile.

Original parking receipts and prepaid parking passes for the Sunday, May 30, 2021 game will be honored for any Mets game during the remainder of the 2021 regular season. No cash refunds are available for the initial parking entry.

Complimentary tickets to tonight's game and those marked "NO RAINCHECK" have no value and do not constitute a rain check.

FRIDAY, MAY 28, 2021 MAKEUP GAME

The game originally scheduled for Friday, May 28 will be rescheduled as part of a single admission doubleheader on Monday, June 21 at 5:10 p.m. The second game of the doubleheader will start approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first game. Both games will be seven-inning contests. Tickets for Friday night’s game will NOT be valid for admission to the doubleheader on June 21.

Only tickets marked “Monday, June 21, 2021 – Game 32” will be valid for admission to the June 21 single-admission doubleheader beginning at 5:10 p.m.

Fans holding a paid ticket for the game marked “Friday, May 28, 2021 – Game 22” may choose one of the following two options:
