OAKLAND, Calif. — The Oakland A’s will use Banner Island Ballpark in Stockton as their alternate training site for the 2021 season, the Club announced today. Banner Island Ballpark is the home of the Stockton Ports, who have been a minor league partner of the A’s for the past 16 years and will continue that relationship as the A’s Class-A affiliate in 2021.
Players will report to the site on March 30, and workouts are expected to begin on April 1.
