The Orioles – in partnership with Sarasota County Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources and the Sarasota Film Festival – invite families from across Sarasota County to wear their favorite Halloween costumes and come to Ed Smith Stadium on Saturday, October 12 for a free evening of fun, safe activities, including a family-friendly movie.

The fifth annual Howl-O-Ween Movie Night Spooktacular includes children's games, activities and photo opportunities with the Oriole Bird beginning at 5:00 p.m. At 7:00 p.m., guests will enjoy a free movie – Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone (rated PG) – screened on the outfield video board. Guests may choose any seat in the ballpark to enjoy the movie. Ongoing ballfield renovations will prevent on-field access.

Parking and admission are free. Guests are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item for All Faith's Food Bank. OneBlood will conduct blood donations, and donors will receive a free, Halloween-themed T-shirt and a movie ticket voucher. Concessions will be available for purchase. No coolers or outside food allowed, however, sealed plastic bottles of water are permitted. Parking is available in the East Lot. Enter the ballpark through the left field gate. The Howl-O-Ween Spooktacular is part of Sarasota 365, a host of initiatives through which the Baltimore Orioles and OriolesREACH demonstrate the ballclub’s year-round engagement with the Greater Sarasota community. By marketing Sarasota to fans in the Mid-Atlantic region, operating a year-round athletic training facility, producing entertainment and sporting events, partnering with charitable causes, and hosting and often subsidizing youth sports tournaments and activities, the Orioles demonstrate an abiding commitment to their Florida home.
