The Arizona Diamondbacks kick off their third homestand this Friday when they welcome back fans to Chase Field over Mother’s Day Weekend against the Colorado Rockies. They have planned unique giveaways and a special mother/child event after Sunday’s afternoon game.

“Baseball is a family sport,” said D-backs President & CEO Derrick Hall. “We are proud to honor the critical role moms, stepmoms, grandmas and other maternal figures play in our families and our lives.”

We have designed two special Mother’s Day Weekend giveaways for the first 5,000 moms on gamedays: a Rose Gold Cap, courtesy of Pepsi, on Saturday, May 7 and a Clear Crossbody Bag on Sunday, May 8. Additionally, after Sunday’s game, the D-backs will hold a special Mother’s Day moms and kids run the bases.
