Rangers to host Mariners & Tigers during 5-game homestand, July 30-August 4

Friday Fireworks, “The Rusty Dive” Rusty Greer Bobblehead Highlight Homestand

July 29th, 2019

Arlington, Texas — The Rangers return to Globe Life Park in Arlington on Tuesday, July 30 to open a five-game homestand against the Seattle Mariners and Detroit Tigers.

Seattle arrives first, as the division foes face off in a two-game set with 7:05 p.m. starts on Tuesday, July 30 and Wednesday, July 31.

The first 20,000 fans on Tuesday will receive the 2019 Texas Rangers Yearbook.

Beginning with Tuesday’s contest, the Texas Rangers and CLEAR will introduce a new, free way to beat the crowds into Globe Life Park, as fans will be able to use their fingerprint as their ticket with no phone or ticket stub needed to access tickets from the MLB Ballpark app. To enroll in the biometric ticket system, fans can visit clearme.com/rangers and finish the process in minutes at the game. Learn more at clearme.com/ticketing.

Wednesday is a Texas Chili Company Dollar Hot Dog Night. A special Dr Pepper Autograph Wednesday will be exclusively for Jr. Rangers Club members.

A three-game series with the Tigers opens with 7:05 p.m. matchups on Friday, August 2 and Saturday, August 3. The homestand concludes Sunday, August 4 with a 2:05 p.m. contest.

The Rangers will honor the brave men and women of the U.S. Coast Guard and Special Operations on Friday. City Credit Union presents this year’s Military Appreciation Nights, as the club will also honor the Marines on September 27. The Army, Navy, and Air Force were each recognized earlier this season. On each date, a Rangers cap, themed to honor that branch of the military, will be available with the Theme Night tickets purchased through texasrangers.com/themenights.

T-Mobile Friday Fireworks, set to a Jack FM Playlist, will follow Friday’s game.

On Saturday, the first 15,000 fans will receive a Coca-Cola / Albertsons / Tom Thumb “The Rusty Dive” Rusty Greer Bobblehead. It’s the first in a series of two Perfect Game bobbleheads this season commemorating Kenny Rogers’ July 28, 1994 perfect outing against the Angels. A Kenny Rogers bobblehead will be given away on August 17.

The homestand concludes with a $1 Blue Bell Ice Cream Sunday.

Tickets can be purchased at texasrangers.com, by calling 972.RANGERS, and at the Globe Life Park in Arlington ticket office.
