Reds and Cincinnati Chamber partner to bring Disney Institute back to region live online

The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, in partnership with the Cincinnati Reds, is pleased to announce the Disney Institute will be offering Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence online live course on Wednesday, October 21, 2020.

The exclusive five-hour workshop, sponsored by Janet’s Fund and PNC Bank, will be presented live online by Disney Institute leaders. The course offers the opportunity to build professional knowledge and discover proven Disney business insights from their chain of excellence. The presentation will include Disney best practices in leadership excellence, employee engagement, and quality service to be adapted and applied to achieve greater business results. 

“We are thrilled to offer this incredible opportunity presented by Disney Institute in a virtual format for our regional community,” said Amy Thompson, Senior Director, Leadership Programs with the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. “Given the success and insights provided in Disney’s Approach to Quality Service course last fall, we are looking forward to learning about their best practices for achieving business excellence.”

Registration is $450 for Chamber Alumni Network and Leadership Roundtable members, $500 for general chamber members, $575 for non-chamber members, $2,850 for member group of six, and $3,300 for non-member group of six. Cost includes a swag bag including a Skyline Chili gift card for lunch, the session workbook, completion certificate (can count as CEU), and more. These items will be available for participants to pick up outside of the Reds Hall of Fame on October 16th and 19th. Details on pick up will follow registration.
