KANSAS CITY, Mo. (July 31, 2020) – The Kansas City Royals announced today that they have selected left-handed pitcher Kris Bubic to the Major League roster, and he will make his Major League debut at 7:05 p.m. tonight vs. the Chicago White Sox. The club also transferred left-handed pitcher Foster Griffin **(left forearm strain) to the 60-day Injured List, while right-handed pitcher **Jorge López has been placed on the Family Medical Emergency List.

The Royals’ Major League roster now stands at 39 players.
