Arlington, Texas— The Texas Rangers and Texas Live! have announced a series of Watch Parties in the CBD Kratom Backyard for the best-of-three American League Wild Card Series between the Rangers and Tampa Bay Rays.
Game 1 is scheduled for Tuesday, October 3 at Tropicana Field at 2:08 p.m. CT on ABC. Doors open to Texas Live! and the CBD Kratom Backyard at 11:00 a.m. with Watch Party festivities beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the CBD Kratom Backyard.
Game 2 is set for Wednesday, October 4 at Tropicana Field at 2:08 p.m. CT on ABC. Doors to Texas Live! and the CBD Kratom Backyard will open at 11:00 a.m. with festivities beginning one hour prior to first pitch.
Game 3 (if necessary) of the Texas-Tampa Bay AL Wild Card Series is scheduled for Thursday, October 5 at Tropicana Field at 2:08 p.m. CT on ABC/ESPN but is subject to change pending the results of the three other Wild Card series.
This is the ninth time Texas has advanced to the playoffs, the second occasion as a Wild Card qualifier (2012). The Rangers defeated the Rays in both the 2010 (3-2) and 2011 (3-1) ALDS.
The winner of the Texas-Tampa Bay series will play the top-seeded Baltimore Orioles in the American League Division Series with Game 1 scheduled for Saturday, October 7 at Oriole Park.
