White Sox announce unique opportunities to win exclusive tickets to MLB at Field of Dreams presented by GEICO

CHICAGO – The Chicago White Sox today announced two exclusive opportunities for fans to secure tickets to the highly anticipated MLB at Field of Dreams Presented by GEICO game as the White Sox take on the New York Yankees in Dyersville, Iowa, on Thursday, August 12.

A special sweepstakes to win game tickets will benefit Major League Baseball Charities, Inc. (MLBC). MLBC retains full discretion and control over the allocation and use of all proceeds, but intends to contribute the proceeds to Chicago White Sox Charities (CWSC) and Amateur City Elite (ACE), the team’s inner-city youth baseball program.

In addition, an auction to secure a VIP experience with game tickets will benefit Chicago White Sox Charities (CWSC) and Amateur City Elite (ACE).

The sweepstakes provides a chance for three fans to win a pair of game tickets. Each entry starts with a $20 donation and multiple entries are permitted. In addition, fans will have the opportunity to bid on a VIP experience that features four premium game tickets, a night at Eagle Ridge Resort and Spa in Galena, Illinois, and four commemorative Field of Dreams replica jerseys for the party. Winners will be responsible for their own transportation to the game.

The sweepstakes and auction begin on Friday, July 23 at 12:00 p.m. CT and end Thursday, August 5 at 9:00 p.m. CT at whitesox.com/fieldofdreams. Winners will be notified on Friday, August 6.
