For one weekend each month throughout the 2018 season, fans at Kauffman Stadium will be treated to a unique and memorable experience as the club shows what has made the Royals, fans and Kansas City so special over the last 50 seasons.

For one weekend each month throughout the 2018 season, fans at Kauffman Stadium will be treated to a unique and memorable experience as the club shows what has made the Royals, fans and Kansas City so special over the last 50 seasons. During these themed weekends, Royals alumni will participate in special in-stadium recognitions and select events throughout the community. Fans will also enjoy many unforgettable in-park video retrospectives, special guests, autograph opportunities along with one-of-a-kind 50th Season giveaway items. APRIL 14 & 15: STADIUM HISTORY
The Royals have called just two ballparks "home," and during this weekend, the Royals will take a look at Municipal Stadium and Kauffman Stadium and what made them so special. 
Saturday, April 14 -- Royals vs. Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, 6:15 p.m.
The Club will look back at the history of Municipal Stadium with special presentations, videos and trivia during the pregame show and in-game events. In addition, the first 10,000 fans will receive a Municipal Stadium replica, courtesy of Price Chopper and Pepsi.

Sunday, April 15 -- Royals vs. Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, 1:15 p.m.
The Club will review the history of Kauffman Stadium with special presentations, videos and trivia during the pregame show and in-game events. Fans will be able to get pregame autographs from two alumni as a part of Signature Sundays.
Alumni Scheduled to Appear: 
Lynn and Jennifer Splittorff (widow and daughter of Royals Hall of Famer Paul Splittorff, threw first Royals pitch in stadium history), Steve Busby, Royals Hall of Famer Whitey Herzog, Royals Hall of Fame Manager John Mayberry (first Royals home run in stadium history), Fred Patek (first Royals run in stadium history)
