The Kansas City Royals announced today several new corporate partners for the upcoming season, in addition to extensions with several current Royals partners as the Club heads into the 2018 season.
"We're pleased to welcome several new partners for 2018, and are appreciative for the continued support from our returning partners," said Michael Bucek, Royals Vice President of Marketing & Business Development. "To help us celebrate the 50th season of Royals baseball, fans can look forward to our partners engaging in memorable promotions at Kauffman Stadium and throughout Kansas City and our region."
EXTENDED PARTNERSHIPS:
Konica Minolta:  Konica Minolta extended its partnership for five years. As a part of the expanded partnership, the company will now hold naming rights for the Konica Minolta Diamond Club.
Miller Lite/Blue Moon: Miller Lite returns as an "Official Beer" of the Kansas City Royals for the 2018 season. Partnering with the Royals since 2009, MillerCoors and its extensive brand portfolio will be highly visible throughout Kauffman Stadium.
Planet Fitness: Planet Fitness has renewed as an "Official Fitness Partner" of the Kansas City Royals. Its presence in-stadium increases with lower home plate rotational signage. This will be Planet Fitness' third season as a sponsor.
RE/MAX: RE/MAX has placed an iconic signage installation in the Outfield Experience, a 38-foot RE/MAX balloon above left-center field.
StubHub: StubHub is now the official Fan-to-Fan Ticket Marketplace for the Royals. They will work closer with the Royals to provide a safe, secure way for fans to purchase tickets on the secondary market, as well as have additional signage throughout the ballpark.
United Airlines: United returns as our "Official Airline" partner and will again be the charter airline service provider for the Royals during the 2018 season.
NEW PARTNERSHIPS:
AAA: AAA Missouri is now the "Official Motor Club Roadside Assistance Partner" of the Royals. In addition to the marketing and AAA member benefits, they will also be providing complimentary vehicle assistance to fans in need following all home games.
The City of Lee's Summit: The City of Lee's Summit, celebrating 50 years, has joined the Royals as a partner and will be featured on Royals Radio Network broadcasts and inside Kauffman Stadium.
DH Pace: Olathe-based DH Pace has joined the Royals as an official partner. The company has provided door and door-related products to home and business owners since 1926. DH Pace will also contribute to Royals Charities to showcase its history in Kansas City.

The new lights will provide better lighting coverage and turn on and off in less time. KCP&L worked closely with the Royals on an energy rebate savings program that will significantly increase the energy efficiency through the LED system.
