Texas Rangers And Los Angeles Angels To Play As Scheduled On Tuesday Night At 7:05 p.m. At Globe Life Park In Arlington

July 2nd, 2019

Arlington, Texas — Tuesday’s game between the Los Angeles Angels and Texas Rangers at Globe Life Park in Arlington will be played as scheduled at 7:05 p.m.

Major League Baseball made the announcement this morning after consulting with the Angels organization.

The opener of the four-game series on Monday was postponed following the tragic passing of Angels pitcher Tyler Skaggs earlier in the day. Monday’s game will be rescheduled at a date to be determined. Fans who purchased tickets for Monday’s game should hold on to those tickets pending the rescheduling of the game.

The Rangers will hold a moment of silence in the memory of Tyler Skaggs prior to Tuesday’s game. The Texas Rangers Foundation will also donate the proceeds of the Tuesday’s Texas 2 Split Raffle to the Angels Baseball Foundation to honor Tyler Skaggs.
