Texas Rangers MLB Youth Academy to Host Science of Baseball Program

The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation today announced it will host the Texas Rangers Science of Baseball (STEM) Program presented by Capital One this summer.

The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation today announced it will host the Texas Rangers Science of Baseball (STEM) Program presented by Capital One this summer.
Held at the Texas Rangers MLB Youth Academy at Mercy Street Sports Complex presented by Toyota, the two-week camp will help students make better connections between baseball and Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) topics through hands-on opportunities.
Fourth through seventh grade students enrolled in the program will have the opportunity to learn various aspects of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics and how it relates to baseball, careers, and overall life skills. The camp features a STEM focused classroom curriculum and outdoor athletic activities.
The program will be held July 31 through August 2 and August 7 through August 9 from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Registration is ongoing and limited.
