- Texas Volts Softball players to host Clinic at the Youth Academy on April 26

Twenty Youth Academy athletes joined Texas Rangers alumni Elvis Andrus and Rafael Palmeiro for Texas Rangers Day at the George W. Bush Presidential Center on March 21. The group toured the Game Changer: United by Sports exhibition, which celebrates how sports unite communities across the world.
Rangers memorabilia are on display in the exhibition, including the baseball bat used by Corey Seager to hit a game-tying home run during the first game of the 2023 World Series, the Game 5 lineup card from the 2023 World Series, a baseball from Nolan Ryan’s final game on Sept. 22, 1993, and more.

Texas Volts Softball Clinic heads to the Academy

- What is it: The Texas Volts, Texas’ Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL) team, is hosting a softball clinic at the Academy’s All-Star Legacy Field. Four Volts players, including Danieca Coffey, Alyssa Denham and Michaela Edenfield will provide instruction alongside Youth Academy staff. Volts players in attendance are subject to change.
- When it is: This clinic is scheduled for Sunday, April 26, from 10 a.m. to noon.
- How to register: Registration can be found at texasrangersya.leagueapps.com. Limited spots remain.
