Under Major League Baseball rules, Robertson must remain on the list for a minimum of three days and not more than seven.
Robertson, 31, is 8-9 in save opportunities and owns a 0.87 ERA (1 ER/10.1 IP) with 13 strikeouts and a .152 (5-33) opponents average over 10 appearances with the White Sox this season. He currently leads the American League and ranks second in the major leagues in saves. Six of Robertson's appearances have been 1-2-3 innings.
Robertson has gone 6-5 with a 3.05 ERA (25 ER/73.2 IP), 42 saves, 99 strikeouts and a .190 (51-268) opponents average in 70 games since signing with Chicago on December 10, 2014. He leads the AL and ranks seventh in the major-leagues with 81 saves since 2014.
Sanchez, 23, is hitting .309 (25-81) with four doubles, three home runs, nine RBI, nine runs scored and six stolen bases over 20 games with Charlotte this season. He currently is tied for third in the International League in hits and total bases (38). The switch-hitting Sanchez is hitting .333 (7-21) against lefties and .286 (16-56) vs. right-handers.
Sanchez hit .224 (87-389) with 23 doubles, one triple, five homers, 31 RBI and 40 runs scored over 120 games with the White Sox last season. He ranked among the AL rookie leaders in doubles (1st), games (5th), hits (8th), extra-base hits (11th, 29) and total bases (11th, 127). Sanchez is a career .229 (112-489) hitter with 28 doubles, one triple, five home runs, 36 RBI, 46 runs scored and three stolen bases in 148 career games over two seasons (2014-15) with the White Sox.
