Prior to tonight’s game, the Yankees made the following roster moves:

• Optioned RHP Elmer Rodríguez to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
• Signed RHP Yovanny Cruz (#96) to a Major League contract and selected him to the active roster.
