White Sox Charities is honoring White Sox Hall of Fame broadcaster and 2020 Ford C. Frick Award winner Ken "Hawk" Harrelson by offering fans a limited-edition bobblehead. The gold-toned bobblehead features the former White Sox play-by-play announcer donning a fashionably familiar cowboy hat, sunglasses and white shoes he was best known for wearing over the course of his nearly four decades in baseball. Each purchase also includes a certificate noting the number associated with the collectible item. All proceeds will benefit White Sox Charities.
This is the seventh year that CWSC has held a bobblehead fundraising campaign. Previous campaigns have commemorated former team captain Paul Konerko in 2014, current reigning American League MVP José Abreu in 2015, legendary two-sport athlete Bo Jackson in 2016, Hall of Famer Tim "Rock" Raines in 2017, World Series Champion A.J. Pierzynski in 2018 and Hall of Famer Harold Baines in 2019 – raising a combined total of more than $620,000 for CWSC.
