Why did I only receive one number?
The single raffle number listed on your ticket will be entered into the drawing based on the number of chances included in the package you purchased. For example, a $10 entry that includes 10 chances means your raffle number will be entered into the drawing 10 times. The number of chances to win is indicated on your ticket beneath the raffle number.
How will I know if I win?
The winning raffle number will be announced after the 9th inning and posted at whitesox.com/soxsplit. You also can check by scanning the QR code on your ticket, calling 312-674-5533 or following @SoxCharities on X.
How do I claim my prize?
Winning tickets must be claimed within 30 days of the drawing. To claim your prize, please email soxsplit@chisox.com and include your winning raffle number and a copy of your ticket.
Do I need to be present at the game to win?
No, you do not need to be present at the game to win the Sox Split raffle.
Who is eligible to participate?
Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Online purchases are limited to Illinois residents.
How can I purchase raffle tickets?
Raffle tickets are available online, throughout the ballpark and on the MLB Ballpark app. Sales begin three hours before every home game.
Where can I find my raffle number?
In-park purchasers will receive a printed ticket, while online purchasers will receive an email containing raffle entry details. Due to high website traffic, there may be a slight delay in email delivery. If the email is not in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Email delays do not impact your chances of entering the raffle.
