For select 2026 Regular Season Chicago White Sox home games at Rate Field (Monday-Thursday), redeem your unique code for:

• Two (2) complimentary Lower Box ticket vouchers

Additional tickets may be purchased at full price. Paid tickets are subject to City of Chicago/Cook County Amusement taxes and fees. All additional tickets are subject to availability.

This offer must be redeemed online and cannot be redeemed at the Rate Field Box Office. We strongly recommend the use of a desktop computer to redeem your seats.

1. Sign into your White Sox Ticketmaster account.
2. Select the "Buy Now" button next to the game you would like to attend.
3. Click the “Unlock” button to enter your unique offer code.
4. Enter your unique offer code in the “Enter Offer Code” box located at the top right-hand corner of the interactive seat map prior to selecting your seats.
5. Select the seat you’d like to redeem (all seats marked in blue are still available) and hit the blue “Add” button next to the “Community Relations $0.00” option. Repeat this for the second seat.
6. If you have more than one voucher code to redeem: Enter your next offer code into the “Enter Offer Code” box and repeat the same process.
7. Once all of your seats are selected, press the black “Go” button in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
8. Follow the remainder of the prompts on your screen to secure your seats.
