Last Updated: 06-30-20

We know this has been a year like no other, on so many different levels within sport and far beyond. Over the last few months, we have connected with Blue Jays fans through email, by phone, and on social media, to help answer your questions and keep you informed; we thank you for your patience and support while we waited for updates on our season from Major League Baseball.

Major League Baseball has officially adjusted the original 2020 regular season schedule to a 60-game plan. In accordance with local public health and safety protocols, the new Blue Jays regular season schedule will not include fan attendance.

Fans who purchased single game tickets for 2020 home games will be automatically refunded in as soon as 30 days. Fans who purchased tickets from a secondary site should contact the company’s customer service department.

If you have any questions about your Blue Jays tickets, including Group Tickets and Ticket Pack Holders, please contact the Ticketing team at 416.341.1234 (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET) or through our online inquiry form here. Season Ticket Members and Suite Clients are encouraged to contact their dedicated Service Executive.

We look forward to the day we can all return to the ballpark together.
