Learn More About MyBlueJays:

MyBlueJays Overview

MyBlueJays is a central platform for all actions relating to your Season Tickets or Game Pack Tickets, and to your MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card.

By logging in to MyBlueJays, each member will have their own MyBlueJays home page where they will have access to the following features:

  • Ticket Management via MyBlueJays Ticket Management page
  • eCash Management
  • Earning and Redeeming Points for Exclusive Reward Items & Experiences
  • Ticket Partner Designation (Season Ticket Members only)

MyBlueJays combines management of your tickets, eCash, and MyBlueJays points into one location so that your Blue Jays experience is more convenient than ever. Not only that, by doing the things you've always done, you can earn opportunities for unique, exclusive experiences. For example, by scanning your MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card when you enter Rogers Centre™ for a game, or making an eCash purchase, you'll earn points towards once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

If you have not already logged in to MyBlueJays for the first time, you can do so by clicking "Log In to MyBlueJays" above. For a detailed tutorial on how to login, click "FAQ & Tutorials" at the top of this page.

Throughout the season, you can visit our MyBlueJays Headquarters at Section 135 to ask our MyBlueJays staff any questions you may have, to enter our Headquarters Check-In Contest (at each game), and to pick up specified MyBlueJays Reward Items.

MyBlueJays Card/Mobile Card

It is all about your MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card! Your MyBlueJays home page and your MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card are your vehicle for ticket management, eCash usage, and earning/redeeming your MyBlueJays points for exclusive experiences.

MOBILE MYBLUEJAYS CARD

All members have access to our MyBlueJays mobile Card! This card functions exactly like your physical MyBlueJays card. If you prefer not to carry a Card with you, you can always use the mobile version of your MyBlueJays Card in the same way that you use your physical Card.

To open the mobile version of your MyBlueJays Card, simply open the MLB Ballpark App on your mobile phone, and select "Log In to MyBlueJays". Enter your log in information, and select "MyBlueJays Card". The mobile version of your MyBlueJays Card will now be displayed as a QR code (barcode). You can now use the mobile version of your MyBlueJays Card to enter the stadium or make purchases throughout the stadium the same way you would a physical Card. You should only have to log in once to the application.

MyBlueJays Ticket Management

Your 2019 tickets will be automatically loaded on your MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card. All of your ticket management will be done by logging in to MyBlueJays, and selecting "Manage My Tickets".

Here, you can transfer tickets to friends/family, or print your tickets if you prefer a printed version. For detailed tutorials on actions relating to ticket management, please click the "Tutorials & FAQ" button at the top of this page.

When you attend games, simply scan your MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card at the gate to enter the stadium and enjoy the game. You will earn MyBlueJays points each time you enter using your MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card!

TICKET PARTNERS (FOR SEASON TICKET MEMBERS ONLY)

If you share your tickets regularly with specific friends or clients, we recommend that you designate them as your Ticket Partners.

Who is a Ticket Partner?

For the most part, your Ticket Partners will be people with whom you share the cost of your Season Tickets. That said, you can also designate people as Ticket Partners if they are important clients, if they are someone you give multiple games to, or if you want them to be able to manage their own eCash and earn their own points.

Ticket Partners will have the ability to independently manage their own MyBlueJays home page, tickets, eCash and points. They will each receive their own MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card. For a detailed tutorial on "How to Designate Ticket Partners", please click on the "Tutorials & FAQ" button at the top of this page.

Once a Ticket Partner has accepted your invitation to be a Ticket Partner, they will receive their own MyBlueJays Card by mail within 7-10 business days. When you transfer tickets to your Ticket Partners, they can load them onto their own MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card and use that to enter Rogers Centre when they come to games.

eCash Management

Your MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card can be loaded with stored value referred to as "eCash". You can load and reload eCash on your Card by logging in to MyBlueJays.

eCash will simplify your trip to Rogers Centre; you can enter Rogers Centre and make food & beverage and Jays Shop purchases all with the same Card! eCash can be used to make purchases at all Jays Shop locations, and at all fixed concessions locations inside Rogers Centre. You will earn MyBlueJays points each time you use eCash to make a purchase!

LOADING eCASH:

To make a one-time addition of eCash to your MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card, select "eCash" from the menu bar on your MyBlueJays home page. To view a detailed tutorial on "How to Add eCash" to your MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card, click the "Tutorials & FAQ" button at the top of this page.

SETTING UP AUTO TOP-UP:

Auto top-up is handy for those folks who want to use eCash consistently, but do not want to be bothered with manually topping up. Your eCash balance will automatically top-up when your balance drops below a specified threshold. You can set up Auto Top-Up on your MyBlueJays home page. Select "eCash" from the menu bar on your MyBlueJays home page to view the Auto Top-Up set-up options. To view a detailed tutorial on "How to Set Up Auto Top-Up", click the "Tutorials & FAQ" button at the top of this page.

Important notes regarding eCash:

  • You will earn MyBlueJays points not only for using your MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card to pay with eCash, but also for topping up the eCash on your Card!
  • You can earn 5 MyBlueJays points per $1 spent with eCash, as opposed to 1 MyBlueJays point per $1 spent with all other forms of payment.
  • Pull up the mobile version of your MyBlueJays Card on your phone using the "MLB Ballpark" app, and use that to pay at concessions and merchandise stands with eCash.
  • Your MyBlueJays Card/mobile Card can be used at nearly ALL of the concessions and Jays Shop locations throughout Rogers Centre, making it a simple way to carry "cash" at the game.
