MONTERO, 26, appeared in 38 games with Seattle last season posting a .223 batting average with five home runs and 19 RBI. He has played in 226 career games (2011 with NYY; 2012-2015 with SEA), batting .253 with 28 home runs and 104 RBI while posting a .693 OPS.
