BALTIMORE - The Oakland A's optioned right-handed pitcher Andrew Triggs to Triple-A Nashville after Game 2 of Saturday's split doubleheader.
This was Triggs' third stint with the A's this season. He was recalled in between games of the doubleheader to serve as the team's 26^th man.
