The Chicago White Sox announced additions to the roster of scheduled current and former players at SoxFest, the annual fan gathering at Hilton Chicago on Friday, January 27, through Sunday, January 29.
 
Newest addition to the White Sox, left-handed pitcher Derek Holland, infielder Matt Davidson and pitchers Dan Jennings and Nate Jones have been added to the list of players scheduled to attend SoxFest. They will join first baseman Jose Abreu and pitcher Jose Quintana, as well as White Sox greats Carlton Fisk, Bo Jackson, Frank Thomas and many others scheduled to appear at SoxFest 2017.  
 
The White Sox will offer a limited number of single-day passes to SoxFest 2017 only at whitesox.com/SoxFest beginning on Monday, January 9, at 10 a.m. Passes for the annual fan gathering on January 27-29 will go on sale for $50 for a Saturday-only pass, $40 for a Sunday-only pass and $75 for fans who purchase both Saturday and Sunday passes.
 
Fans are encouraged to purchase the SoxFest hotel package and obtain exclusive access to Friday night events and receive a limited-edition SoxFest 2017 Jim Thome bobblehead. Hotel packages available at whitesox.com/SoxFest are the only way to buy three-day weekend passes. SoxFest hotel reservations at the Hilton Chicago are $310 for a two-night stay (price does not include applicable taxes, fees and costs for weekend passes). Fans who book hotel packages are eligible to also purchase up to four SoxFest weekend passes. Weekend passes will be available for $40 for each adult and $10 for each child (ages 4 to 13). 
 
Premium Upgrade Packages are still available for fans that have already purchased or will purchase the SoxFest hotel package and weekend pass(es). The package includes one special MVP SoxFest passes redeemable for three premium autographs without waiting in lines, a private autograph session, a private photo session and a private seminar as well as a limited edition SoxFest 25th anniversary foldable chair for fans to use while waiting to meet their favorite team members throughout the weekend, an official MLB baseball, a special discount coupon for a Majestic custom T-shirt at SoxFest and two complimentary Outfield Reserve tickets to an April/May game (excluding Opening Day). 
 
SoxFest 2017 - sponsored by Beggars Pizza, CSN, Guaranteed Rate and WGN-TV - will be held at the Hilton Chicago on Friday, January 27, through Sunday, January 29, 2017. The 25th annual fan convention invites fans to meet their favorite White Sox players and past greats. Last year's event included current and former White Sox players signing more than 16,000 autographs and posing for nearly 3,500 photos with fans. In addition to seminars and autograph sessions, both current and former team members played games against fans in the interactive space, surprised fans with unique experiences and more.
