The Atlanta Braves made 10 roster moves today, trimming their spring roster to 48 active players.
The club optioned LHP Jesse Biddle to Triple-A Gwinnett, and LHP Adam McCreery and LHP Ricardo Sánchez to Double-A Mississippi. In addition, the team reassigned LHP Kolby Allard, INF Ray Patrick Didder, C Tyler Marlette, OF Cristian Pache, LHP Philip Pfeifer, C Kade Scivicque and RHP Mike Soroka to minor league camp.
Following today's moves, the Braves have 25 active pitchers (eight left-handers and 17 right-handers) in camp. The remaining players include five catchers, 10 infielders and eight outfielders.
