2026 Birdland Member Club Level Access

Birdland Members have access to the newly renovated Club Level. Access is through Birdland Rewards and varies based on plan type with additional information below.

FULL SEASON MEMBERS

Full Season Ticket Holders can unlock Club Level access for each game by redeeming through your Birdland Rewards account at least 24 hours prior to the game.
Once redeemed, your original Full Season tickets (which will appear golden in the MLB Ballpark app) will be activated for Club Level entry and scanned at the Club Level entrance.

Important: Only tickets from your original Full Season plan are eligible.
Tickets you’ve added on or exchanged cannot be activated for Club Level access.

How to Claim Club Level Access

Note: Birdland Rewards access through the MLB Ballpark app will begin closer to Opening Day.

Step 1: Log In

On the Monday before each homestand at 10:00 a.m., log into your Birdland Rewards account.

Step 2: Select Your Game(s)

Choose the game(s) you plan to attend and redeem Full Season Club Level Access.
Be sure to select the number of tickets included in your original Full Season plan, as only those can be used for entry. This must be completed 24 hours prior to the game.

Step 3: Enter Using Your Golden Full Season Tickets

After redemption, your original Full Season tickets for that game - displayed as gold in the MLB Ballpark app - will automatically be activated for Club Level access.

At the Club Level entrance:

  • Have your golden tickets open and ready to scan.
  • You may exit and re-enter throughout the game - just show your tickets each time.

HALF, PARTIAL, FLEX MEMBERS

To enter the Club Level, you must claim a Club Level Pass in advance of the game.
Passes are limited and will be released for each homestand.

  • Passes must be claimed ahead of time through your Birdland Rewards account and are available while supplies last or until 24 hours before first pitch.
  • Availability varies by game and is subject to Club Level capacity.
  • Once your pass is processed, it will appear in the MLB Ballpark app next to your game tickets at least 3 hours prior to the game.
  • You’ll need to present your pass at the Club Level entrance. It will be scanned each time you enter, and you may exit and return throughout the game.
  • A Club Level Pass does not replace a game ticket. You’ll need both to enter the ballpark and the Club Level.
  • Passes are game specific, non-transferable, and cannot be forwarded, resold, returned, or exchanged.
  • Pricing will range from 25–100 points per pass, depending on expected demand. Points are not returned for unused passes.

How to Claim Club Level Passes

Step 1: Log In

On the Monday before each homestand at 10:00 a.m., log into your Birdland Rewards account.

Step 2: Select Your Game

Find your desired game and redeem one Club Level Pass per person (up to six per account). Remember: You must also hold a valid game ticket, and the account holder must be present.

Step 3: Find Your Pass in the Ballpark App

At least 3 hours before first pitch, your Club Level Pass will appear alongside your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app. It will not appear in your Birdland Rewards wallet.

Step 4: Enter the Club Level

Have your pass open and ready to scan at the Club Level entrance.
You may exit and re-enter throughout the game - just be ready to show your pass each time.
