ANAHEIM -- It’s just about time for the Angels to start Spring Training under new manager Kurt Suzuki and his coaching staff.
Coming off a 72-win season, the Halos never made a big splash this offseason but they did make some intriguing moves, acquiring players with upside and past success but with risk. They’re hopeful that the club’s young core will continue to develop and that they will hit on a few of their additions this offseason. And there’s still time to add to the roster, just like they did last spring, when they signed Kenley Jansen and Yoán Moncada after the club had already started workouts.
