PHILADELPHIA (July 8, 2026) – As Major League Baseball fans flock to Philadelphia to celebrate the 2026 MLB All-Star Week, Aramark Sports + Entertainment (Aramark; NYSE: ARMK) announced the winner of the first-ever MLB fan culinary vote, an initiative that gave fans a direct role in shaping the food experience at Citizens Bank Park during one of baseball's biggest celebrations.

After two rounds of voting conducted by Major League Baseball, fans selected Betsy's Banana Ice Cream Sundae as the winning creation, earning it a featured spot throughout MLB All-Star Week. The vote marks the first time fans were invited to help determine a signature menu item for the Midsummer Classic, extending the spirit of fan participation beyond the field and into the ballpark experience.

Known for creating innovative hospitality experiences at premier sporting events, Aramark partnered with MLB to develop the interactive program and invited fans to vote on four original menu concepts inspired by Philadelphia's rich history and America's 250th birthday celebration.

"At Aramark, we're always looking for new ways to push the fan experience forward," said Alison Birdwell, President and CEO of Aramark Sports + Entertainment. "Fans have long played an important role in determining who takes the field during the All-Star Game. We saw an opportunity to extend that same spirit of participation beyond the roster and into the culinary experience. This initiative reflects our commitment to innovation and reimagining how fans engage with major events, turning them from spectators into active participants in the All-Star Week experience."

The winning Betsy's Banana Ice Cream Sundae features banana pudding and vanilla soft serve topped with crushed vanilla wafers, peanut brittle, hot fudge, strawberry sauce, toasted marshmallow cloud, and red, white and blue sprinkles, all served in a commemorative All-Star souvenir cap.

The sundae outpaced fellow finalists, the Revolutionary Rib Melt, Liberty Stack, and Declaration Dog in fan voting.

"Our goal was to create more than a new menu item—we wanted to create a new way for fans to participate in MLB All-Star Week," said Rich Grab, Director of Culinary Innovation for Aramark Sports + Entertainment. "Fans vote for the players they want to see take the field, and we thought they should have a chance to influence the culinary experience as well. This initiative put fans at the center of the process, and it was exciting to see how passionately they embraced the opportunity to help shape the celebration at Citizens Bank Park."

While Betsy's Banana Ice Cream Sundae emerged as the winner, fan enthusiasm for the Revolutionary Rib Melt was clear. In response to the support it received throughout the voting process, Aramark will make both menu items available during MLB All-Star Week at Citizens Bank Park.

In addition to the fan-selected menu items, Aramark will showcase Philadelphia's renowned culinary community at bistro locations inside the premium Cadillac Hall of Fame Club, one of the newest enhancements to the Phillies’ ballpark. Throughout the week, fans can enjoy an "All-Star Lineup" of signature food items created by some of the city's most celebrated chefs and restaurateurs, including Marc Vetri, Middle Child's Matthew Cahn, Del Rossi's Nish Patel, and Emmett's Evan Snyder. The lineup will also feature a creation from Aramark Sports + Entertainment's own All-Star Executive Chef Iovonnie “Vonnie” Negron and a sweet treat inspired by a Reading Terminal Market favorite. The special menu highlights the diverse flavors and local food traditions that make Philadelphia one of America's premier dining destinations.

“MLB All-Star Week is an incredible opportunity to showcase Philadelphia on a global stage, and our partnership with Aramark Sports + Entertainment helps highlight the energy, creativity and flavor that define our city,” said Jackie Cuddeback, Chief Revenue Officer, Philadelphia Phillies. “From the fan-selected menu items to the local chef collaborations throughout Citizens Bank Park, we're excited to welcome baseball fans from around the world and deliver a memorable All-Star experience that is uniquely Philadelphia.”

Complementing Aramark's food and beverage offerings throughout MLB All-Star Week, Major League Baseball and Traveller Whiskey, the Official Whiskey of MLB, will also bring "The Rally Cap," MLB's signature cocktail, to Philadelphia. Made with a refreshing blend of Traveller Whiskey, lemonade, and iced tea, and served in a collectible souvenir cup, "The Rally Cap" will be available to fans 21+ with valid, government-issued ID throughout All-Star Week, marking its debut at an MLB event and its first availability in Philadelphia. Following All-Star Week, the cocktail will continue to be offered at select MLB and Minor League ballparks, as well as MLB at Field of Dreams and throughout the 2026 MLB Postseason.

Aramark's culinary celebration will also extend beyond the ballpark and throughout Philadelphia. Visitors to the Capital One All-Star Village at the Pennsylvania Convention Center can explore MLB’s "Ballpark Bites" activation, presented by Mastercard, featuring signature menu items from Aramark partner ballparks across Major League Baseball, including:
