Day 2 of the Little League World Series saw the surprising upset of a country that typically dominates the early stages of competition in Williamsport, Pa.
The slate of games was highlighted by team Canada's victory over Japan, thanks to a 10-run outburst, toppling the country that has 10 LLWS titles to its name. In addition, the Iowa team defeated California, 5-1, South Korea shut down Curacao 3-0 and Kentucky secured a commanding 11-1 win over Texas to close out the second day of tournament play.
