On the day his father was inducted into the Angels Hall of Fame, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. let his bat pay tribute.
Vlad Jr., the Blue Jays' top prospect and No. 6 overall in baseball, went 3-for-4 for Class A Advanced Dunedin on Saturday, ripping his 12th home run of 2017 and driving in five of Dunedin's six runs. He finished a triple shy of the cycle and threw in a walk for good measure.
The 18-year-old third baseman knocked a two-run homer to left-center field in the first inning against the Tampa Yankees, giving the Blue Jays an early lead. After the Yankees went ahead 3-2, Guerrero hit a bases-clearing double to center in the fourth to put Dunedin up 6-3.
Guerrero now has five home runs since his promotion to Dunedin in mid-July, and he is batting .333 with a .451 on-base percentage and a .497 slugging percentage in 41 games with Dunedin. Saturday marked Guerrero's fourth three-hit game and 14th multi-hit game at that level.
The younger Guerrero is fresh off being named to MLBPipeline's Prospect Team of the Week last week -- when he hit .545 with three home runs and 11 RBIs -- and he shows no signs of letting up.
Other top prospect performances from Saturday's action:
• No. 12 overall prospect Michael Kopech impressed again in his second start since being promoted to Triple-A Charlotte. The hard-throwing right-hander, the White Sox No. 3 prospect, threw five innings of one-run ball against the Gwinnett Braves, giving up just two hits and striking out six. In two outings with the Knights, Kopech has a 2.70 ERA and 10 strikeouts in 10 innings.
• No. 25 overall prospect Kolby Allard, the Braves' No. 3 prospect, threw a gem for Double-A Mississippi. Allard went seven shutout innings to beat Pensacola, allowing only five hits and striking out nine without walking a batter in his longest start of the year. The 20-year-old left-hander has turned in five straight quality starts to begin August, with a 2.56 ERA this month.

• No. 47 overall prospect Kyle Lewis slugged a three-run homer for Class A Advanced Modesto in the Nuts' game against Visalia on Saturday. The Mariners No. 1 prospect's home run came in the third inning against the D-backs' No. 13 prospect, left-hander Cody Reed. Lewis now has six home runs since being promoted to Modesto in mid-June.
• No. 68 overall prospect Matt Manning twirled six scoreless innings for Class A West Michigan, picking up his first win since joining the team earlier this month. The Tigers' No. 1 prospect allowed just three hits against Bowling Green and struck out six. It was one of the best outings of the season for the 19-year-old right-hander, and by far the best of his four with West Michigan.

• No. 84 overall prospect Jeren Kendall (Dodgers' No. 4) showed off his speed with an inside-the-park home run for Class A Great Lakes. The 21-year-old center fielder circled the bases on a drive to right-center in the third inning against Dayton. Kendall is now on a five-game hitting streak.

• Angels No. 1 prospect Jo Adell went 3-for-7 with a double and a stolen base out of the leadoff spot for Rookie-level Orem. The 10th overall pick from this year's Draft, Adell is on a six-game hit streak with the Owlz and is batting .343 with a .571 slugging percentage since joining the team on Aug. 17.

• Nationals No. 4 prospect Carter Kieboom had a monster day at the plate for Class A Hagerstown, going 4-for-6 with a home run, three RBIs and two runs scored as he helped lead the Suns to a 13-2 blowout win over West Virginia. The 19-year-old shortstop is now hitting .296/.374/.522 with eight home runs and 26 RBIs in 41 games with Hagerstown this season.
• Indians No. 9 prospect Will Benson broke out the bat in Class A Short Season Mahoning Valley's win over West Virginia. Benson mashed two home runs to finish 2-for-4 while accounting for three of the Scrappers' four runs in a 4-1 victory. The home runs were the sixth and seventh of the season for the 19-year-old outfielder.
• Blue Jays No. 14 prospect Ryan Borucki was on top of his game on the mound for Double-A New Hampshire. The 23-year-old left-hander fired seven innings of scoreless, two-hit baseball. En route to his win over Hartford, Borucki struck out seven and didn't walk a batter. He now has a 1.94 ERA in his seven starts since being promoted to the Fisher Cats.

• Astros No. 26 prospect Rogelio Armenteros flirted with a no-hitter for a second straight outing. The 23-year-old right-hander took a no-no into the eighth inning for Triple-A Fresno before finally allowing a one-out single. That was the only hit Armenteros gave up in an eight-inning, no-run, eight-strikeout performance. Armenteros is on a hot streak considering he took a no-hit bid into the seventh in his last start. In fact, he has been dominant for Fresno since being promoted at the beginning of July -- Armenteros is 7-1 with a 2.03 ERA in nine starts for the Grizzlies, with 68 strikeouts in 53 1/3 innings.

• Dodgers No. 26 prospect Connor Wong had maybe his best day as a professional on Saturday. The 21-year-old catcher, a third-round pick in the 2017 Draft, went 3-for-4 and belted two home runs for Class A Great Lakes. It was his first career multi-homer game and was also Wong's third multi-hit game in his last four and sixth in his last eight.
