Cubs-Braves finale PPD; makeup Aug. 30

ATLANTA -- The Cubs' series finale with the Braves at SunTrust Park on Thursday has been postponed due to inclement weather and will be made up on Aug. 30. Veteran lefty Jonathan Lester, who was scheduled to pitch, will now start Friday's series opener in Cincinnati.
Before coming to Atlanta, the teams made up a game on Monday at Wrigley Field that had been postponed in Chicago on April 15.
With Lester now starting on Friday, righty Kyle Hendricks and lefty Jose Quintana will pitch in Saturday's doubleheader. Yu Darvish is scheduled to take the hill on Sunday.
