LOS ANGELES -- The Brewers signed two more Draft picks Friday, leaving only first-rounder Corey Ray unsigned among the team's 11 selections in the first 10 rounds.
Mario Feliciano, a prep catcher from Puerto Rico selected 75th overall in Lottery Round B, signed for $800,000, according to MLBPipeline.com's Jim Callis, just below the slot value assigned to that pick. And third-round pick Braden Webb, a right-hander out of the University of South Carolina, also signed for just below slot at $700,000.
According to Callis' reported bonuses, the Brewers have committed just shy of $4.6 million to the 10 players they've signed from the second round through the 10th. That leaves more than $4.7 remaining to sign No. 5 overall pick Ray -- whose Draft position carried a slot value of $4,382,200 -- and other unsigned picks after the 10th round.

Here's a reminder of how the system works:
Under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, each team has an allotted bonus pool equal to the sum of the values of that club's selections in the first 10 rounds of the Draft. The more picks a team has, and the earlier it picks, the larger the pool. The signing bonuses for a team's selections in the first 10 rounds, plus any bonus greater than $100,000 for a player taken after the 10th round, will apply toward the bonus-pool total.
If a player chosen in the first 10 rounds doesn't sign, his pick's value is subtracted from his club's pool. That will not apply this year to the Brewers, who are widely expected to come to terms with Ray, an outfielder from the University of Louisville. If a team surpasses its allotment, it faces penalties.
A club that exceeds its pool by 0-5 percent pays a 75 percent tax on the overage. At higher thresholds, teams forfeit future picks: a first-rounder and a 75 percent tax for going beyond their pool by more than 5 and up to 10 percent; a first- and a second-rounder and a 100 percent tax for more than 10 and up to 15 percent; and two first-rounders and a 100 percent tax for more than 15 percent.
Among the Brewers' notable unsigned Draft picks is 11th-rounder Chad McClanahan, a prep third baseman with a scholarship offer to Arizona State. It's expected to take a significant financial commitment to lure him from that commitment.
Another unsigned prep pick, 16th-round selection Louie Crow, was a guest of the Brewers at Dodger Stadium on Friday, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. He is right-hander from Buena Park High School in neighboring Orange County, and is committed to the University of San Diego.
The Brewers have formally announced deals with 21 of their 41 Draft picks, though more are also known to be in agreement with the team via published reports and the players' Twitter feeds.
