The Brewers announced their Minor League coaching staffs for 2017, which include the return of Triple-A Colorado Springs manager Rick Sweet, Double-A Biloxi manager Mike Guerrero, Class A Wisconsin manager Matt Erickson and Advanced Rookie Helena manager Nestor Corredor.
Joe Ayrault will coach the Brewers' new Class A Advanced affiliate, the Carolina Mudcats. Ayrault returns for his sixth season as manager of the team's Class A affiliate, which is switching to Carolina this year from Brevard County.
This marks Sweet's third straight season at Colorado Springs. Ned Yost IV, son of the former Brewers manager, joins Sweet as a coach. Yost spent the previous five seasons in the same position with the Brewers' Class A Florida State League affiliate.
Rafael Neda will make his managerial debut with the Arizona League Brewers this summer and will be joined by Tony Diggs, who managed the team last season and from 2008-12. Victor Estevez will return as manager of the Dominican Summer League Brewers in 2017.
