Crew announces two-day Winter Warm-Up fanfest

November 1st, 2023

MILWAUKEE -- The Brewers will host autograph sessions, a live stage show and a pair of kids baseball clinics during a two-day winter fanfest in January, the club announced Wednesday.

The Brewers Winter Warm-Up is the latest installment of an event that has existed in numerous formats in recent years. The 2024 installment begins Saturday, Jan. 13, at the Miller High Life Theater in downtown Milwaukee, with autograph sessions featuring Brewers players, coaches and alumni, followed by a 90-minute stage show with interviews and other entertainment. The following day, Sunday, Jan. 14, players will take part in a pair of two-hour baseball clinics for kids at Ethic Sports Academy in New Berlin. Those sessions are open to young ballplayers of all ability levels.

Tickets for all of those events go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. CT at brewers.com/Winterwarmup, with packages available for all or parts of the program. The Brewers said they considered holding everything under one roof, like they used to do during their annual “On Deck” event at Milwaukee’s downtown convention center, but that scheduling conflicts at both the Wisconsin Center District and at Wisconsin’s State Fairgrounds prevented that from occurring in 2024.

Ticket options include:

  • Saturday main stage theater show only, $22 (Noon-1:30 p.m. CT)
  • Ticket to Saturday main stage theater show + autograph session, $42 (10 a.m.-1:30 p.m.)
  • Ticket to Sunday Kids Clinic (for kids ages 14 and under), $30 per session

“We are excited to bring back an off-season event that offers opportunities for our fans to engage with their favorite Brewers players and key members of the organization,” Brewers president of business operations Rick Schlesinger said in the team’s announcement. “This event will feature many of the favorite activities from the former Brewers On Deck, with the addition of a set of Kids Clinics the next day. By hosting two days of activities, there will be great opportunities for Brewers fans to get their fill of baseball as we ring in the New Year.”
