PHILADELPHIA -- Bryce Harper still has a cannon for an arm.
Harper threw out Nationals center fielder Victor Robles at third base on a throw from the warning track in right field during the second inning of Saturday night's game at Citizens Bank Park, which saw the Phils fall 4-3 to Washington. The throw reached Phillies third baseman Maikel Franco on the fly.
According to Statcast, Harper’s throw traveled 310 feet, making it the longest tracked outfield assist in baseball this season and tied for the second-longest tracked outfield assist since Statcast’s debut. A's center fielder Ramon Laureano had an assist tracked at 321 feet on Aug. 11, 2018. Harper’s throw from 310 tied Yasiel Puig’s 310-foot assist on April 22, 2016.

Robles' sprint speed was 29.7 feet per second (elite speed is 30-plus feet per second).
