MILWAUKEE – The box score says it was a productive night at High-A Wisconsin for rehabbing Brewers shortstop . If the Brewers agree, then Pratt could be back in Milwaukee as soon as Wednesday against the Mariners.

Pratt went 1-for-2 with a single, a run scored and a sacrifice fly while playing seven innings in the field for the Timber Rattlers on Tuesday night, his first game action since landing on the 10-day injured list with a strained right hamstring.

“If he feels it at all, there will be more games, maybe more rest, whatever,” Brewers manager Pat Murphy said on Tuesday afternoon after the club formally announced Pratt’s rehab assignment. “He’s been tested a bunch in the week that we were away, so we think … we could see him back as early as [Wednesday].”

Pratt is slashing .272/.352/.368 in his first 44 Major League games since debuting in June. He was particularly productive in July, posting a .900 OPS in 23 games.
